1952 – Hilton Realty is founded with the acquisition of a six-unit apartment building in Princeton Borough, NJ.

1950s – Company begins developing single-family homes and garden apartment complexes (many still owned and managed today).

 

Late 1960s – Hilton Realty expands into retail and commercial development.

Construction of the Montgomery Shopping Center along U.S. Route 206.

First major expansion of Montgomery Shopping Center.

1990s – Second major expansion of Montgomery Shopping Center.

1990s – Additional retail and office space added to Hilton’s portfolio (part of broader diversification strategy).

Early 2000s – (approx. 21 years prior to present narrative) – More than 1 million sq. ft. of warehouse space added in Palm City, FL, along the Florida Turnpike (with capacity for 2 million more).

2003 – Purchase and redevelopment of idle land/buildings in Ewing Township, NJ into 116,000 sq. ft. of retail space, anchored by ShopRite, which later expands due to strong performance.

2007 – Completion of 902 Carnegie Center, a 140,000 sq. ft. Class A office building and the new Hilton Realty headquarters.

2008 – Acquisition of 301 Carnegie Center, a 127,000 sq. ft. Class A office building.

2013 – Construction completed on 300 Carnegie Center, an 88,000 sq. ft. Class A office building.

Development of Palmerview, a high-end residential community in Palmer, PA (date not specified, described as Hilton’s latest major initiative).
